Reviews
Aloware
"A great all around softphone service"
Deployment was simple, getting the team set up with their own numbers etc. was painless. Support has been fantastic, as any time I've had a question, they've been able to solve it and always get back to me in a timely manner. My SDR team uses it every day, and have found that it integrates easily with their normal flow of work.

"Absolutely best tool for automation of my Telemarketing needs."
Well, it is really easy for us to automate our marketing efforts which involve constant touch with the US audience. Before we were overwhelmed with our work as all the work we did was scatterred in places. Having this tool have ahlped us save huge chunk of time.. We are talking 40% ..Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, there are very less reasons I dislike Ricochet360 ... One of them is that is this tool is pretty costly. However, it pays itself if you have a good marketing team and know how to use all its features.
It has many features like Spam Guru, expert Lead management, and marketing automation. But I am a fan that how I don't have to teach my sales staff to pick up this software and start using in not more than a half an hour call.
